Our Gold medal winning unsalted cultured butter is made by batch churning cream which has been fermented and ripened slowly for at least 170 hours, which gives the creamy tangy taste for which cultured butter is renowned. Our butter is produced in the traditional way that farmhouse butter was always made “back in the day”.
We made this butter as a special for the month of October. We couldn't live without this butter being in the fridge so decided to make it for the summer season ONLY.
The delicate flavour of Seaweed adds to the creamy tangy taste of the butter. Ideal to take to the batch for putting on your fresh catch of the day, and we love it on our toast too!
Purchasing this item is preordering it in time for Christmas. This guarantees your order in the Christmas batch.
Your order will be dispatched the 20th/21st December fresh in time for Christmas and the holidays season.
